RETURN POLICY
At Kingsmen Grooming Products, your business is very important to us and so we double check your order and pack everything carefully prior to shipping. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please let us know immediately. We will be happy to correct the problem on a timely basis.

If you’re unsure as to the nature (scent, feel, quality, etc.) of the products, please take advantage of our inexpensive sampler options (5ml, 15ml) before purchasing full-sized products. If the product/scent you request doesn’t have a sample size let us know what you want and we will be happy to provide free 1ml (oils only) samples whoever, Kingsmen Grooming Products will not be responsible for the shipping costs. . We do not accept returns on our samples or sampler packs. If you have any question about what will work best for you, feel free to email info@kingsmengrooming.ca and we’ll help you out asap!

Kingsmen Grooming Products will not accept returns on any products where multiple uses of the product have been dispensed.

In the event that our full sized products don’t meet your satisfaction, please let us know, and we will try our best to rectify the problem.

SHIPPING
Canada: Orders will be charged a flat rate of $10.00. Free delivery with an $80.00+ purchase within Canada only.
International: $15.00 flat rate on orders that are $60.00+. Orders below $60.00 will be charged a flat rate of $25.00.
Local: We offer free local delivery within 60km radius from Steinbach, Manitoba.

Shipping will be Regular Parcel or Expedited Parcel, (Canada Post).

ORDERING AND PAYMENT METHOD
Kingsmengrooming.ca accepts orders through the website, email, our social media messaging @kingsmengrooming, or by phone: 1-204-392 2717.
• Secure online payments may be made through our website using major credit cards such as Visa and MasterCard.
• We accept all major credit cards & debit in person via square. E-Transfers are also available if preferred.

ORDER PROCESSING
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Be advised, processing time does not include transit time. Tracking numbers are automatically emailed (to the email address you provide with your order) via Canada Post once the order has shipped. Not all orders will receive a tracking number – for example, when ordering samples, the order will be shipped by envelope with no tracking number. International packages also, do NOT receive a tracking number.

As a valued customer, we respect your privacy and offer you secure shopping, which is of a primary concern to us. We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible.

While we try to be as clear as possible in explaining the Service, please do not accept that the Site is entirely accurate, current, or error-free. From time to time we may correct errors in pricing and descriptions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order with an incorrect price listing.
